We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Request a Return

Please email customersupport@calliegifts.co.uk to begin the return process.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or made-to-order products
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original and place a new order once your return is confirmed.

European Union – 14-Day Cancellation Period

If your order was delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
